Assistant Manager - Garment Export Operations

About the role

Easy Exports manufactures garments, tights, jeans, knitwear and bed sheets for export. It is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Faisalabad facility to support the day-to-day coordination of business operations, helping teams meet production, quality and delivery requirements for international orders. The position is on-site and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, quality, stores and administration teams to keep operations on schedule.
• Track work progress, order requirements and delivery timelines, and flag delays or resource needs to management.
• Prepare and maintain routine reports, records and correspondence on operational performance.
• Support planning and follow-up for export orders, making sure product and documentation requirements reach the right teams.
• Monitor workplace procedures and help address process or coordination issues.
• Assist with staff task allocation, meeting preparation and implementing management decisions.

Required profile

• Relevant supervisory or operational experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills across production, quality and administrative teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.
• Sound organisation, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks against deadlines.
• Ability to escalate issues with useful supporting information.
• Knowledge of garment or textile production and export-order processes is an advantage.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of office software, especially spreadsheets, word processing and email.
• Competence in preparing reports, maintaining records and handling routine business documentation.
