Assistant Manager (SV-11)

About the role

As an Assistant Manager (SV-11) at Savvital you will own an entire operational cluster, overseeing client accounts while guiding a team of Leads, Senior Associates and Associates. You act as the strategic bridge between client services and senior management, turning day‑to‑day insights into retention plans and growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts with full ownership, delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their business goals and industry priorities.
• Anticipate operational risks, identify improvement opportunities, and resolve issues before they affect service.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate Leads, Senior Associates and Associates, setting performance standards and fostering accountability.
• Conduct regular check‑ins to monitor client health, workload balance and team dynamics, preventing burnout.
• Coach cluster leadership on modern people‑management practices and strategic delegation.
• Identify at‑risk accounts, develop retention strategies and execute mitigation plans in collaboration with Customer Success.
• Maintain visibility of account risk levels and keep senior management informed of critical decisions.
