About the role

Humans of Remote Work is seeking a high‑energy Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive its internal growth campaigns. This 100% hunter role focuses on cold outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking discovery calls with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute aggressive daily outbound calling and emailing blocks targeting founders, VPs of HR, and technical C‑suite executives.
• Navigate corporate phone trees to reach decision‑makers and book qualified discovery calls.
• Qualify leads against strict BANT criteria and schedule meetings on executives’ calendars.
• Maintain flawless data hygiene and activity logging within the CRM and sales engagement stack.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience with a proven track record of high call volumes.
• Fearless on the phone, able to handle rejection and maintain energy.
• Articulate English accent, confident when speaking to C‑suite leaders.
• Coachable, eager to incorporate feedback and continuously improve call performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
