About the role

The Branch Manager will lead a team of seven professionals at HBL’s Gujranwala branch, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving business growth and meeting ambitious deposit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of 7 staff members to maintain high performance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve deposit targets of 900 million‑1 billion.
• Deliver superior customer service, resolve inquiries promptly, and strengthen client relationships.
• Implement risk‑management procedures to identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee daily operations including cash handling, account maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and client experience.
• Collaborate with other branches and departments on cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong background in sales management, customer relationship management, and risk control.
