Brand Ambassador

About the role

Enertia is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent the company and strengthen its visibility and reputation in Lahore. This public-facing role focuses on communicating the brand clearly, engaging potential customers and supporting promotional activities across local channels. The position is based in Lahore and involves in-person promotional engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Enertia professionally at promotional events, activations and community or business gatherings.
• Explain the company's brand, products or services accurately and answer basic questions from prospective customers.
• Build positive relationships with audiences and encourage meaningful engagement with the brand.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and share brand content through appropriate channels.
• Gather customer feedback and report audience reactions, common questions and campaign observations to the team.
• Coordinate with colleagues to prepare for activities and ensure consistent use of brand messaging.

Required profile

• Approachable, reliable and confident in communicating with diverse audiences.
• Fluency in Urdu; working English is an advantage.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and use approved messaging consistently.
