About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Representative to identify potential corporate clients and generate new business opportunities for our HR services, recruitment solutions, and professional training programs across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

Identify potential corporate clients and generate B2B leads.
Contact prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Introduce company services, understand client needs, and build professional relationships.
Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and assist in converting leads into business opportunities.
Maintain lead records and achieve monthly targets.

Required profile

6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or MTO experience are welcome.
Experience in selling HR services, recruitment solutions, or professional training courses is a plus.
Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and eager to learn.

Required skills

Strong communication and client‑handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
