Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive drives growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations in English.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions based on client requirements.
• Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with company revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts.
• Work with marketing and product teams to support lead‑generation campaigns and market expansion.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to spot new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 2–3 years proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other sales productivity tools.
