International Sales Executive / BDE (Night Shift)

About the role
Kodestra is looking for an aggressive, result-oriented International Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to handle international client outreach and pipeline conversion from its Rawalpindi office (6th Road). This is a full-time, on-site night shift position.
Key responsibilities
- Execute strategic B2B sales outreach and convert qualified international leads.
- Draft high-converting proposals and pitch digital services to overseas clients.
- Conduct discovery calls and manage pipeline movement on the company portal.
- Hit monthly closing targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B IT sales, Upwork bidding, or agency client acquisition.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- 100% physical on-site availability for daily night shifts in Rawalpindi; local candidates living in Rawalpindi or Islamabad who can easily commute at night are strongly preferred.
