Business Development Manager

About the role

Hair Club, Pakistan's leading hair transplant brand, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive nationwide growth. You will own three high‑impact pillars: franchise expansion, B2B hospital partnerships, and academic & clinic conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify investors, structure franchise agreements and open new branches in major Pakistani cities.
• Sell and deliver turnkey hair‑transplant solutions to private hospitals and aesthetic clinics.
• Partner with medical colleges to establish Hair Club as the premier hair‑transplant training institute.
• Convert independent surgeons and clinics to the Hair Club practitioner model.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business development experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, franchising or B2B.
• Proven track record of opening locations, closing investor deals, or securing institutional clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare (MBA preferred).
• Strong negotiator comfortable with hospitals, doctors and legal/financial stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Urdu with willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan.
