Business Development Representative

About the role

CoRecruit is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities for its AI‑powered recruitment assistant. This phone‑first position involves daily outbound outreach to recruitment agencies and executive search firms across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and initiate conversations with decision‑makers at recruitment and search firms.
• Research target companies, build prospect lists, and qualify leads to determine fit.
• Communicate CoRecruit’s value proposition clearly and generate interest.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach tactics.
