Business Development Specialist - Healthcare Revenue Cycle

About the role

MY Credentialing LLC provides multi-specialty medical billing and revenue cycle management services across the United States, supporting hospitals, long- and short-term care facilities, ERs, urgent care centers and health systems. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist in Rawalpindi to find and qualify new business, generate leads and nurture prospective clients in the healthcare and medical billing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Nurture prospective clients in the healthcare and medical billing sectors
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Support the development of growth strategies and sales plans
• Communicate with potential and existing clients, prepare and deliver presentations, and coordinate follow-ups
• Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with operations, billing and credentialing teams

Required profile

• Relevant experience in business development, sales or account management, ideally in healthcare, medical billing or related services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively and meet targets

Required skills

• Analytical skills and interpretation of market and business data
• Effective communication, writing, speaking and presentation skills
• Lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management and basic understanding of sales processes
• Market research and customer service skills
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software and CRM systems, and willingness to learn new platforms
