Civil Engineer

About the role

As a Civil Engineer at Plutus21 Partners you will lead the planning, design and supervision of civil and structural projects across the construction lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contractors and regulatory bodies to deliver high‑quality infrastructure on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and supervise civil and structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, reports and specifications using AutoCAD and related software.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and resources, flagging risks and proposing proactive solutions.
• Review contractor proposals, BOQs and material submittals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, as‑built drawings and correspondence.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals and permits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. or B.S.) from a recognized institution.
• PEC registration is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in civil/structural engineering, preferably in real estate, infrastructure or construction.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
