Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil engineering and infrastructure projects within our manufacturing facility. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of construction to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering projects across the factory.
• Prepare project scopes, bills of quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Review engineering designs, layouts, drawings, and maintain the factory master plan.
• Manage contractors and vendors, conduct bid evaluations, supervise site work, and verify invoices.
• Monitor project budgets, drive cost optimisation, and ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain approvals and ensure environmental compliance.
• Support factory expansion, renovation, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, project execution, and construction management within a large‑scale manufacturing environment.
