Cold Caller – Business & Trucking Insurance Lead Generation

About the role

Bright Solutions is seeking two energetic Cold Callers to join its Business & Trucking Insurance campaign. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our insurance solutions and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to business owners and trucking companies.
• Introduce and explain the benefits of Bright Solutions' insurance offerings.
• Identify client needs, qualify leads, and record interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining accurate call logs.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in English with a neutral accent.
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (insurance experience a plus).
• Resilience and ability to handle objections positively.
• Strong work ethic and goal‑oriented mindset.
