Company Owner – Strategic Leader

About the role

RK IMPEX is seeking a visionary Company Owner to provide strategic leadership and overall direction for its sportswear, fitness wear, and wrestling belt manufacturing business. This full‑time, on‑site position in Sialkot District will drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s long‑term strategy, ensuring financial health and competitive positioning.
• Oversee manufacturing operations, quality control, and production planning for a diverse product portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with international and domestic clients, negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Identify new market opportunities and product extensions.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive cost‑control initiatives.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts, guiding teams toward revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, export/import regulations, and safety requirements.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop senior managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience with strategic planning, decision‑making, and team management.
• Strong business development and sales background, including contract negotiation and market expansion.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and quality control, preferably in sportswear or related industries.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑departmental collaboration and international partnerships.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, vendor relations, and export/import procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Textile/Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
