About the role

Digineox, a Houston-based consulting and technology firm, offers a paid 12-month development program for people who want to grow into capable consultants. It is open to early-career applicants and career changers, and no prior consulting or professional experience is required. Participants receive training, coaching and supervised work on real client projects, with responsibilities growing as they show capability. Remote participants must be available for an agreed overlap with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business problems, ask useful questions and develop practical solutions.
• Support client and internal projects through research, data analysis, process mapping and documentation.
• Help capture requirements, test solutions and prepare presentations and training materials.
• Track tasks, actions and deadlines, report progress and build project management skills.
• Learn how digital tools and AI can improve business processes and use them responsibly.
