Manager Cloud Infrastructure & Digital Services

About the role

This role is responsible for designing, keeping available and continuously optimizing a carrier-grade private cloud that supports mission-critical telecom digital services (CS, PS and VAS), including SMSC, OTA and USSD. It aims for near-100% uptime, strong disaster recovery, elastic scalability, O&M, deployments and network expansions, and secure multi-vendor operations aligned with business, regulatory and network goals.

Key responsibilities

• Cloud operations and service assurance: oversee end-to-end cloud operations (compute, storage, networking), resource allocation, load management and tenant isolation
• Cloud rollout: lead deployment projects for Core and VAS expansions in line with PIP and investment targets
• Digital services: run O&M of SMSC, OTA and USSD, optimize traffic and retry strategies, troubleshoot at protocol level and turn commercial needs into technical solutions
• Monitoring, incidents and performance: define KPIs on availability, latency, utilization and recovery time, set up monitoring and alerting with proactive fault detection and 24/7 readiness, tune performance
• Inventory and spares: keep an accurate record of cloud assets, licenses and spares, manage their lifecycle and ensure DR readiness
• Disaster recovery: design and maintain DR strategies with geo-redundancy, automated failover and regular DR testing
• Automation: drive initiatives to reduce manual work and risk, standardize provisioning, scaling and lifecycle management
• Security, compliance and governance: comply with regulatory, telecom and internal security standards, support audits, assessments and risk management

Required profile

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
