About the role
ABS International, a US-based company operating in Karachi since 2009, is hiring a Customer Care Executive for its US operations. You will handle inbound calls and queries from existing US-based customers, listening and helping so that every customer leaves the call satisfied. It is a customer support position focused on communication, problem solving and professionalism, not a sales role.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and queries from US customers
- Listen to customer needs and provide helpful solutions
- Ensure every customer leaves the call satisfied
Required profile
- Good spoken and written English, as you will talk to US customers daily
- Patient, calm and good with people
- Experience in customer service, BPO or calling is a plus; freshers with strong English are welcome
- Available on-site, Monday to Saturday, 6 PM to 2 AM permanently
