Forex Sales Representative (Call Center)

About the role

A call center in Karachi is looking for motivated, results-driven Forex Sales Representatives to promote its forex trading services. The position is in person and requires previous experience in forex sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate sales leads.
• Promote the company's forex trading services and explain product features.
• Convert qualified leads into active clients while keeping professional communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline and meet assigned sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of calls, client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Mandatory: previous experience in forex sales or a forex brokerage call center.
• Proven track record in telesales, lead conversion and target achievement.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred knowledge

• Knowledge of forex trading, financial markets and trading platforms.
