Customer Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Customer Sales Representative to join our travel team in Gujranwala. In this role you will interact with prospective and existing customers, understand their holiday needs and recommend suitable travel packages.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to online and in‑person inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and follow up leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s systems and coordinate with internal teams on availability and pricing.
• Provide post‑sale customer care, address changes or issues with bookings, and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Ensure all customer interactions are professional, courteous and aligned with company standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and sales aptitude with the ability to understand needs and close deals ethically.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in relevant local or international languages and a clear professional phone manner.
• Basic computer literacy, including email, office applications and familiarity with CRM or booking systems.
• Ability to work on‑site in Gujranwala, manage time effectively and handle multiple inquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum high school diploma; further education in business, marketing or tourism is a plus.
