Customer Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Customer Sales Representative to join our B2B outbound sales team. The role involves both outbound prospecting and handling inbound interest from international business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound campaigns to international B2B prospects and manage inbound leads.
• Qualify leads, negotiate terms and close contracts that generate measurable revenue.
• Achieve weekly activity targets of 50+ qualified outreach touches and convert pipeline into closed deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and activity logging following a 3:1 prospect‑to‑pipeline guideline.
• Nurture client relationships to drive renewals and retention.
• Participate in daily sales huddles, call coaching and continuous performance improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of international B2B sales, outbound sales or client‑acquisition experience (BPO or outbound roles considered).
• Professional English (verbal & written) at C1/C2 level.
• Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Available for fixed night shift (06:00 PM – 02:00 AM) and able to work on‑site in Gulistan‑e‑Johar.
