Customer Service Representative

About the role

Bali Tech is expanding its BPO and call center team in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, on-site position suited to motivated, communication-oriented candidates who can help clients confidently and contribute to a positive service experience. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply; fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally through assigned call center channels.
• Listen carefully to understand client needs and give clear, accurate information.
• Communicate in English with confidence, courtesy and a customer-focused approach.
• Record customer interactions and keep accurate, organized service notes.
• Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues to the right team.
• Work with colleagues to support service quality and team targets.

• Strong spoken English and clear, professional verbal communication.
• Active listening and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Confident, courteous communication with clients in a call center setting.
• Customer service mindset, patience and a respectful approach to concerns.
• Ability to explain information clearly and respond appropriately to questions.
