Deputy Manager Internal Audit – IT & CS

About the role

The Deputy Manager Internal Audit – ITS will lead audit assurance, review and consulting engagements across IT, CS, cloud, back‑office, infrastructure and operational‑technology systems. The role supports the IT & CS Audit Manager in assessing internal controls, compiling findings and ensuring follow‑up actions align with IIA methodology and relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document audit engagements, including field visits, KYC, system walkthroughs and testing of controls for SAP, Oracle, cloud services and OT solutions.
• Perform test‑of‑controls and substantive testing on data communication, backup, security, IAM, PAM, SIEM and other IT/OT environments.
• Develop and maintain audit findings, use CAAT tools for analytics, and prepare status reports for management.
• Provide consulting advice on emerging IT/OT trends, documentation and control improvements.
• Supervise vendor relationships for CAAT tools, manage audit case preparation and support people development within the audit team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field from a recognized university.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT/CS operations, audit, software development or data communication infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SAP and relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC or CGIT is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• SAP (PCE, BTP, IAG, Ariba, SuccessFactors) and Oracle enterprise solutions.
• CAAT tools for audit analytics.
• Knowledge of NIST frameworks, IS audit standards and SAP best practices.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud services, backup/restore, data center facilities, LAN/MAN, NOC.
• Security expertise: SOC, incident response, IAM, PAM, SIEM, endpoint detection and response, antivirus, cloud security.
