Director of Technology, Engineering & Data

About the role

This senior technology leadership role owns four pillars – software engineering, data, AI initiatives, and managed IT – and serves as the single accountable technology leader for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate data from all sources into a data lake, build curated data marts and connect them to operational applications for real‑time decision‑making.
• Deploy conversational AI across front‑office, billing and outbound calling workflows.
• Build predictive modelling and revenue‑cycle‑management automation capabilities.
• Develop in‑house software for internal workflows across HR, IT, admin and support functions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience, including 4+ years leading multi‑disciplinary teams spanning development, data and infrastructure.
• Proven ownership of a technology modernization or turnaround such as legacy consolidation, offshore team build‑out or department restructuring.
• Direct experience delivering an end‑to‑end data platform or warehouse program, from ingestion to modelling and downstream consumption.
• Hands‑on experience shipping and maintaining production AI/ML or LLM‑based systems.
• Strong written communication skills for executive stakeholders and experience managing vendor relationships.
