Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to build and run the core digital marketing function for our business and client projects. You will plan, execute and measure campaigns across websites, search, paid ads, email, social media and CRM, working directly with advertising, analytics, content and CRM platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into practical marketing plans, maintain monthly calendars and coordinate delivery across internal teams and external providers.
• Manage website content, landing pages and conversion tracking, improve journeys and conversion rates.
• Conduct SEO research, implement on‑page SEO, monitor organic performance and coordinate technical SEO support.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google and Meta advertising campaigns, manage budgets and monitor cost‑per‑lead and conversion performance.
• Oversee lead‑capture forms, CRM records, email campaigns and basic automation, ensuring accurate attribution and pipeline improvement.
• Develop and schedule social media content, monitor engagement and extract audience insights.
• Prepare briefs, obtain quotations and manage external writers, designers, developers and video editors.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports using GA4, Search Console and advertising platforms.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on digital marketing experience with measurable results.
• Practical experience managing SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong written and spoken English, excellent organisation and commercial judgement.
