Director of Operations – Automation & Outsourcing

About the role

The Director role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Islamabad, Pakistan. You will lead the delivery of automation and outsourcing services, ensuring high quality, client satisfaction and efficient resource use.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic goals and drive execution across cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor financial performance, optimise processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to align services with client needs.
• Represent the organisation in key client meetings and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations or service‑delivery leadership, preferably in outsourcing, automation or professional services.
• Strong background in accounting, finance or business‑process management.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets and interpret financial data.
• Experience leading and mentoring diverse teams with solid stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• SAP Business ByDesign (cloud‑based ERP) familiarity.
• Comfort with cloud technologies, data security practices and digital collaboration tools.
