Ecommerce Sales & Operations Intern

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support our e‑commerce business as an Ecommerce Sales & Operations Intern. You will help ensure smooth order processing, coordinate logistics, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming orders from company websites and digital sales channels.
• Update product catalogs with stock availability, pricing, and descriptions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee accurate and timely order execution.
• Track daily sales activities and maintain operational data records.
• Liaise with courier partners to schedule dispatches and monitor deliveries.
• Handle return requests, replacement orders, and reverse‑logistics processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Gather customer feedback and share improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, logistics coordination or e‑commerce management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
