Employer Branding Apprentice

About the role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Employer Branding Apprentice to support its HR team. This onsite apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience in building a strong workplace culture, creating social media content, and supporting employee engagement initiatives within an international fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, career platforms and internal channels, including photography, videography and reels.
• Support employee celebrations, welcome sessions, recognition programmes and internal events.
• Assist with university outreach, recruitment drives and talent engagement events.
• Organise and maintain employer‑branding digital assets and track basic performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Creative and Media teams on branding projects.

Required profile

• Minimum graduation level with a genuine interest in employer branding and social media.
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Good written and verbal communication, creativity and strong organisational abilities.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Canva or similar creative design tools.
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook platforms.
