Facility Services Executive

About the role

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan (TSS) is hiring a Facility Services Executive in Islamabad, reporting to the Facilities Manager. The role oversees administrative tasks related to facilities management, such as visa processing, ticketing, hotel arrangements and vehicle coordination, and is offered on a Direct Fixed-Term Contract (DFTC).

Key responsibilities

• Handle visa processing end to end, including issuing tickets, liaising with immigration authorities and embassy/consulate officials, and keeping accurate records of visa status and expiry dates.
• Arrange domestic and international travel for employees, including flights and transport through travel agencies, and manage ticket changes, cancellations and refunds.
• Manage hotel bookings for business trips, conferences and events, including foreign guests.
• Coordinate vehicle travel arrangements, including rental cars, chauffeur-driven vehicles and shuttle services, and pick-and-drop from office, hotel to airport for VIP guests.
• Oversee building O&M by coordinating with vendors and managing daily operational activities.
• Renew medical insurance and handle fuel card activities for eligible staff.
• Maintain office inventory, arrange giveaways and clear out assets of resigned employees.
• Update SOPs, maintain daily checklists and coordinate with government bodies such as FIA and MOI.

Required profile

• Graduate or Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Proven experience in facilities management, travel coordination or similar roles.
• Familiarity with visa regulations, travel logistics and hotel booking processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, good communication and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of visa application processes.
• Ability to handle time pressure and extensive workloads, meeting strict deadlines.
