Field Sales Executive – Hybrid Field & Remote

About the role

Join Nenow, an all‑in‑one e‑commerce platform, as a Field Sales Executive. You will visit local markets and shops across Pakistan, introduce merchants to Nenow’s solutions, and help them launch and grow their online businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Visit shops, markets and potential business customers to pitch Nenow’s platform.
• Explain features, services, packages and benefits to merchants.
• Generate qualified leads, convert prospects into paying customers and onboard them.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with shop owners and businesses.
• Provide daily updates on visits, leads, conversions and merchant feedback.
• Follow up with prospects and keep an active sales pipeline.
• Achieve the mandatory monthly sales target assigned per territory.
• Represent Nenow professionally during all field interactions.

Required profile

• Freshers and beginners eager to build a career in sales, e‑commerce or business development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, professional and hardworking personality.
• Comfortable with field visits and shop‑to‑shop sales pitching.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage follow‑ups independently.
• Willingness to work toward assigned monthly sales targets.
• Interest in e‑commerce, technology, sales, startups or business development.

Required skills

• Basic monthly salary of PKR 45,000.
