Front Sales Closer – Design

About the role

Experts Communication is looking for a Front Sales Closer specialized in design services. The role involves converting leads into long‑term clients and driving revenue through effective negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients for design services.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, follow‑ups, and client meetings.
• Close deals by presenting service value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in design sales or a similar field.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Proven success in high‑value sales transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
