Head of Sales & Distribution – Digital Banking

About the role

We are seeking a senior banking professional to lead Sales & Distribution, focusing on Direct Sales and Tele Sales for customer acquisition and business growth in the Islamic Digital Banking space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow Retail Banking Assets & Liabilities customers.
• Lead and expand Direct Sales and Tele Sales operations to achieve acquisition, revenue, and growth targets.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, channel productivity, and overall performance against business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strengthen Digital Sales, Employee Banking, and other acquisition channels to expand market reach.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk controls, and internal policies.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience and achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• More than 15 years of experience in financial services, especially in Sales Management, with strong Direct and Tele Sales leadership in Retail Banking.
