Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Karachi to identify and pursue new business opportunities for EFU Life’s insurance and financial products. You will generate leads, meet prospective clients and expand the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert prospective clients through meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve sales and business development targets and participate in local marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong new‑business development and lead‑generation abilities.
• Solid account management skills to maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with effective presentation skills.
• Customer‑focused sales mindset with negotiation capabilities.
• Relevant experience in insurance, financial services or sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
