Front Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role
We are looking for a Front Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing digital marketing agency that serves US clients. The position is full‑time, onsite in Gulistan‑e‑Jauhar, Karachi, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage US‑based prospects through cold outreach.
- Convert cold leads into paying clients for our digital marketing services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of front‑sales experience in a US‑focused marketing agency.
- Strong English communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of turning cold leads into revenue.
- Target‑driven, confident, and self‑motivated.
