Head of AI Strategy & Transformation

About the role

JazzWorld is looking for a visionary leader to define and drive its enterprise AI agenda. Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, the Head of AI Strategy & Transformation will shape the AI vision, build an innovation portfolio and ensure business value from AI investments across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute JazzWorld’s enterprise AI strategy and multi‑year roadmap.
• Identify, prioritize and govern AI use‑case portfolio across multiple functions.
• Establish the AI Office, governance structures and operating model.
• Drive AI adoption, organizational readiness and transformation initiatives across business units.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, partnerships, startups and investment opportunities.
• Develop business cases, value‑realization frameworks and AI performance KPIs.
• Represent JazzWorld AI in executive forums, industry engagements and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, innovation, consulting, technology or digital leadership.
• Proven track record leading enterprise‑wide transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation and digital business models.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience in telecom, fintech, technology, consulting or digital businesses is preferred.
