Head of Key Accounts

About the role

Lead the strategic relationship with one of Reckitt's largest national customers, driving growth across all product categories. You will shape and execute a forward‑looking customer strategy while overseeing sales, profit and trade negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and implement a leading‑edge customer strategy to achieve sales, profit and trade targets.
• Recruit, coach and inspire a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide ecosystem of customer partners.
• Use data from multiple sources to build compelling narratives and guide business decisions.
• Own the P&L for the accounts, steering them to exceed targets across all categories.

Required profile

• Proven success in national account sales within FMCG or premium consumer brands.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets and complex, high‑value accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation and influence skills.
• Customer‑first mindset and ability to nurture multi‑level trade relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate diverse teams.
