Head of Recruitment – Lead Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Head of Recruitment will shape and execute Recruit AI’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive measurable recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Optimize end‑to‑end hiring processes to reduce time‑to‑hire and improve candidate quality.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of six recruitment professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and design tailored recruitment plans.
• Implement lean recruitment methodologies to streamline workflows and minimize waste.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, produce regular reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring cycle.
• Evaluate and select recruitment technologies and external vendors to enhance capabilities.
• Build talent pipelines through passive sourcing, employer branding, and networking initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience designing and executing recruitment strategies.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and align recruitment goals with business objectives.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring recruitment teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
