Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Karachi. You will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable life‑insurance products and guide them through the application and onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and deliver product presentations.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Resolve customer queries and promote a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting, customer service and communication skills.
• Target‑oriented mindset with basic knowledge of life‑insurance products.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Karachi with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in common office applications and CRM software.
