HR Executive

About the role

PakWheels is looking for an HR Executive to manage day‑to‑day HR operations and support a fast‑growing automotive platform. You will act as a key liaison between employees, senior management, and the broader industry network, ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Support performance management cycles and review activities.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs.
• Assist in training coordination and learning & development activities.
• Issue HR letters, confirmations, and policy‑related documentation in a timely manner.
• Liaise with departments to address employee concerns and HR operational matters.
• Maintain HR trackers, reports, and operational data with strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
