HR Executive – Manage Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Executive to join our team in Lahore. The role involves overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees.
• Oversee employee relations, maintaining a positive work environment and handling issues.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support performance management, monitoring and reviewing employee progress.
• Handle employee queries and respond to HR‑related correspondence.
• Coordinate benefits administration and employee wellness programs.
• Support organizational change initiatives and culture transformation efforts.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a human resources role.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Problem‑solving aptitude and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
