Sales Recruiter - BPO

About the role

Flow 8 Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join its HR team, focusing on hiring sales professionals for a BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for sales positions such as SDRs, cold callers, and sales closers.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from job postings to onboarding coordination.
• Conduct initial interviews assessing communication, sales experience, and role suitability.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rozee to build a candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring for sales roles in the BPO or call‑center industry.
• Proven ability to source and recruit sales professionals.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
