HR Manager (MTO) – Full‑time, Lahore

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing HR professional to shape the people strategy at oladoc. This is a hands‑on, people‑first role focused on recruitment, policy design, and culture building, based 100% on‑site in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and pipeline management.
• Draft and maintain HR policies, onboarding SOPs and people‑operations documentation.
• Support organisational development through culture surveys, engagement tracking and team‑structure initiatives.
• Leverage Claude to create job descriptions, synthesize interview feedback, build onboarding flows and automate routine HR tasks.
• Conduct sensitive employee conversations with discretion, empathy and consistent follow‑through.

Required profile

• People‑focused mindset; enjoys building relationships across teams.
• Comfortable delivering difficult feedback and maintaining consistency.
• Understands recruitment as a judgment call under uncertainty.
• Has used Claude voluntarily and values AI‑enhanced productivity.
• Clear written communication; can produce policy docs, emails and interview summaries.
• Fresh graduate or final‑year student in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management or equivalent, with evidence of serious HR engagement (thesis, projects, leadership, work experience).
• Willing to work full‑time on‑site in Lahore; remote work is not permitted.
