HR Manager – People-Focused Role (MTO)

About the role

We are looking for a highly people‑focused HR professional to shape the hiring, retention and culture at oladoc. This is a strategic, hands‑on role where you will design the processes that bring talent in, keep them engaged and build a strong organisational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and pipeline management.
• Draft, maintain and continuously improve HR policies, onboarding SOPs and people‑operations documentation.
• Support organisational development through culture surveys, engagement tracking and team‑structure initiatives.
• Leverage Claude to create job descriptions, synthesize interview feedback, build onboarding flows and automate routine HR tasks.
• Conduct sensitive employee conversations with discretion, empathy and consistent follow‑through.

Required profile

• Passionate about people, not paperwork, and naturally builds cross‑team relationships.
• Communicates primarily through conversations, delivering difficult feedback and maintaining consistency.
• Views recruitment as a judgment call under uncertainty rather than a simple funnel.
• Has voluntarily used Claude to enhance HR work.
• Clear written communication for policies, emails and interview summaries.
• Fresh graduate or final‑year student in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management or equivalent, with evidence of serious HR engagement (thesis, project, leadership, work experience).
• Willing to work 100 % on‑site in Lahore (NASTP); remote work is not an option.

Required skills

• Claude (AI language model) for drafting and automation.
