AS Logistics Solution is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management for a team of 30 employees in a fast‑paced logistics environment. The role combines strategic recruitment, data‑driven HR analytics, and conflict resolution to enhance workforce effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage an HR team of 30, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies, using ATS and Boolean search to source and screen candidates.
• Oversee employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Utilize HR analytics and Workday HR to inform decisions and maintain accurate employee data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support diversity, inclusion, succession planning, and career development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an HR function or team in a logistics or high‑volume call‑center setting.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate HR data into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with labor‑law compliance and HR best practices.
