Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Generalist with hands‑on experience in a call‑center environment. The role involves managing end‑to‑end HR functions, from recruitment to payroll, while supporting daily operations in a fast‑paced setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for call‑center positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime and maintain accurate employee records.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR operations such as documentation, contracts, HRIS maintenance and workforce planning.
• Address employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws, supporting audits and policy updates.
• Collaborate with operations teams to meet staffing needs, monitor attrition and assist in training coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a call‑center/BPO setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
