Human Resources Specialist (Talent Acquisition & Development)

About the role

Liaison Corporation (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join its head office in Islamabad. The role focuses on talent acquisition, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development, with occasional travel to provincial capitals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition and retention processes.
• Oversee performance management cycles and related documentation.
• Handle conflict management and resolution initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training and development programs.
• Implement measures to meet project requirements, best‑practice standards, and support organizational growth.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line supervisor or management.

Required profile

• At least a 16‑year qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM).
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a consulting services environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to provincial capitals.
