About the role

The Insurance Financial Advisor is a full‑time remote position responsible for guiding clients in selecting suitable STATE LIFE insurance plans and related financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and explain product features.
• Prepare personalized proposals and assist with applications and policy servicing.
• Conduct financial and retirement planning discussions to align coverage with long‑term goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships through virtual consultations.
• Stay current with product updates and regulatory requirements.
• Document interactions in a structured manner.

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in financial planning and retirement planning.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and principles.
• Solid grounding in finance and investments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail and compliance.
• Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in insurance sales, financial advisory, or customer service within financial services is preferred.
