International Recruiter — US Market

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven International Recruiter who will own the full recruitment lifecycle for the US market, covering IT, healthcare and general staffing verticals. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, negotiating and onboarding talent while ensuring compliance with US employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and place candidates for technical and non‑technical roles across the US market.
• Conduct thorough initial screenings, technical assessments and cultural fit evaluations.
• Manage salary expectations, negotiate offers and finalize terms, including rate and location preferences.
• Maintain deep knowledge of US time zones, industry trends, compensation benchmarks and competitor landscape.
• Ensure compliance with US work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, EAD, OPT, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Keep accurate candidate records in the internal ATS, preserving data integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of dedicated recruiting experience for the US market (IT, healthcare or general staffing).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; neutral or US‑accented English preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and source passive candidates via social media, professional networks and industry events.
• Strong understanding of US visa types, work authorizations, tax terms and employment compliance.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced Boolean search techniques across multiple platforms.
