About the role

RT Web Solutions is seeking an International Sales Closer to drive outbound sales for a US‑based digital marketing campaign. The role focuses on prospecting, cold calling international businesses, and converting leads into satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make heavy outbound calls to prospective US businesses and generate international sales leads.
• Clearly explain the company’s value proposition and answer basic questions about digital marketing products such as SEO, social media management, and PPC.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines, and client communications using CRM tools.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and close deals through consultative selling techniques.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• 2‑3 years of sales closing experience in a call‑center environment.
• Confident phone presence with strong objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to work night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) with weekends off.
