Inventory Officer – Lahore

About the role

Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Officer to manage stock levels, ensure data accuracy, and support demand forecasting for its operations in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Utilise Excel for data analysis, reporting and demand forecasting.
• Update and track inventory status in real‑time using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to align supply‑chain activities.
• Support inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Analyse consumption patterns, generate forecasts and optimise turnover.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely ordering and delivery.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and participate in related projects.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in inventory management.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain coordination.
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently.
• Proactive attitude with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP.
• Experience with ERP software such as Oracle.
